If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact Petra Designs within three days of receiving your order.

Refunds, exchanges, or alterations may be offered for unused, non-custom dresses, provided they are returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that custom-made dresses are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Petra Designs is unable to accept returns or offer refunds for gowns that have been worn or are not in their original condition.

Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the client.
