Basic Info

Though shipping methods may be adjusted based on communication and agreements between the client and Petra Designs, packages are typically sent via Czech Postal services with a tracking number provided.

Shipping is usually free on all dresses, but before you place an order contact Petra Designs to confirm on your destination. 

Petra Designs is not responsible for shipment and delivery delays caused by third parties. Once the order is delivered to a shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the buyer.

Petra Designs insures all packages.
